What is Grento and who is it for?

Grento is the most comprehensive European property management platform for rental management. It is built for landlords with a single apartment as well as for professional property managers, management companies and investors with portfolios of more than 1,000 properties. You track properties, tenants, contracts, payments, expenses and tasks in one place. From 51 properties you pay per occupied property, with no upper limit on the number of properties.

How much does Grento cost?

Grento offers a 14-day free trial for all paid plans. No credit card required to start. After the trial, choose from several pricing plans based on the number of managed properties. Plans start from just €5 per month.

How long does registration and setup take?

Registration takes less than 2 minutes. Just fill in your email and password. You can add your first properties and tenants immediately after logging in. You can also import data from the land registry.

Is my data secure?

Yes, security is our priority. We use encrypted HTTPS connection, store data on secure servers in the EU, and back up regularly. We comply with GDPR requirements.

Can I use Grento on mobile?

Yes, Grento is a fully responsive application optimized for all devices - computer, tablet, and mobile phone. You can access your data from anywhere.

How does bank integration work?

Grento supports integration with major European banks and over 4,000 banks worldwide via secure Open Banking API. Payments are automatically matched with rent invoices, saving you hours of manual reconciliation every month.

Can I export data for my accountant?

Yes, Grento supports export to CSV and PDF formats. We also offer direct integration with accounting systems Money S3, POHODA, PREMIER system, and others.
